I am a new employee at the suits,and have seen it go through a lot of changes over the years as I am a grants pass native,and have worked at a couple of the other motels in town and I am thrilled to say that the cleanliness of the suits is 200percent outstanding compared to the other guys..the manager Shelly really takes pride in her job and her property and pays attention to detail,and is a great trainer.the rooms have a very comfortable feel,very classy,and I feel this is a place were I can take pride in my job and give my 200 percent and commitment to make sure every room is above satisfactory for every guest.and guarantee you a safe,clean ,sanitized & comfortable stay.....

Nicely decorated. We loved the hot tub and pool.

We stay here every time we go to grants pass. To us this is one of the better hotels in the whole town The prices are good and the rooms are huge they also have jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces. Even with the tubs they have showers also. Our room had a living room area with TV and fireplace and the other side was our bedroom with TV and fireplace. They also have all the amenities you would need to keep your food cold or warm your food or cook your food with the microwave. I would definitely stay here again and I do recommend the place.

We didn't make a reservation because we didn't know when we would be ready to stop driving for the day but they were able to accommodate us. The front desk clerk provided excellent customer service. …

This is no ordinary motel! There is a pool, jacuzzi, and weight room! The suite we stayed in was perfect for us, and our two yorkies, with a pet friendly, fenced in redwood deck. We enjoyed all the amenities, like mini blinds-enclosed in a double window pane, slate flooring, microwave, fridge, blow dryer & coffee maker. There are beautiful trees, like sequoias, various pines & a nice well kept landscape. We strolled around & found fine dining nearby. Staff is friendly & professional. Overall, highly recommend.

I was super surprised that this motel is rated 2 stars.
I believe the only reason it has this rating is that they don't have breakfast in the morning.
Other than that I loved this place, and will recommend it to everyone looking for a motel in the area.
Price was right.
Ambiance was great.
Rooms are spacious and well decorated.
Rooms also have microwave coffee pot and refrigerator.
They have three bedroom suites.
If you like the country woodsy setting this is the place to stay.

Our room was very spacious, clean, priced competively, and comfortable. The place and room were decorated adorably! This place is really nice. The only negative I could say, was that the pillows could be more comfortable.

The rooms & grounds are very clean & Nice!!! but the bathroom in our room was tight for 2 people and the swimming pool is very cold. I didn't want to get in. I feel that this is the nicest place in town and a decent value for the money.

I really enjoyed my 5 day stay. This is a yunique hidden jem situated in between 2 busy downtown town streets, but don't be fooled as large Douglas fir trees tower high above you the feeling of being in the beautiful oregon forest at a sweet little resort is much more the feeling the hidden jem gives.....Clean well kept rooms, laundry on site and just minutes away from the historic downtown Grants Pass wear amazing food, drinks, and shopping await you........I Give 5 Stars.

Cindy at the front desk was able to help my daughter and her boyfriend, (18 &19) who were treated very poorly and wrongfully turned away due to their age at the Red Lion hotel. (The corporate office stated policy is 18 and up!) Hotel stated unsure of when refund would be available. All this at 7pm ????
Cindy at the Redwood Hyperion Suites was able to keep these kids out of the cold and salvage what was left of my daughter's birthday. With all she has endured with medical issues and surgeries she deserved a peaceful day on her travels to the coast. What a godsend and kind employee this establishment is blessed with! Thank you so much! I can't tell you how very much your efforts are appreciated!

Our room was exceptionally clean. The Redwood is conveniently in the center of town, but because of all the trees they have retained on the grounds, it definitely doesn't feel that way.

Great place to work... It is a more reasonable priced hotel with upper class feel. I know my former boss really really loved her job, her hotel and did the best she could to make every guest as pleased as possible. She takes great pride in this hotel. I worked there as a manager over seeing housekeepers, I unfortunately had to move back to California, but if I would have stayed I would with pride continue to serve this hotel.

Had another lovely visit at the Redwood! I can't say enough about this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We like to stay in the family suites. They are super clean and roomy. It's like a home away from home. …

My car is my closet. So awesome to be able to pull up to a very nice, comfortable, immaculate room. Sleep. Go out to your car and bring in things when you need them!
Beautiful landscaping! Great customer service.

Worth every penny. Motel 6 was only 20 dollars less but 100 dollars less in quality of experience. I would not hesitate to stay there. You Will leave renewed and refreshed.
